The EOSH UK Award in Oil & Gas Safety: Train-the-Trainer course is specifically designed to prepare participants to become proficient trainers in oil and gas safety and health practices. This comprehensive program focuses on equipping trainers with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to effectively deliver training sessions on various aspects of safety and health specific to the oil and gas industry. Participants will gain expertise in conducting training needs assessments, developing training materials, delivering engaging presentations, facilitating practical demonstrations, and evaluating trainee performance.
This qualification is evaluated using assessments and Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ). To receive this qualification, the learner must pass both tests with a certain percentage.
The qualification has recommended course duration of 7-10 days.
Note: However the course duration may be increased to meet additional learning needs if required but not reduced.
