EOSH UK Award in Adult Learning Principles

The Award in Adult Learning Principles is a specialized course designed to provide participants with a deep understanding of adult learning theories and effective instructional strategies for adult learners. The course focuses on the unique characteristics and needs of adult learners, including motivation, self-directed learning, and prior experience. Participants will explore principles of adult learning, instructional design, and facilitation techniques that promote engaging and effective learning experiences for adults. The course aims to enhance participants’ ability to design and deliver impactful adult education programs.
This qualification is evaluated using assessments and Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ). To receive this qualification, the learner must pass both tests with a certain percentage.
The qualification has recommended course duration of  4-5 days.
Note: However the course duration may be increased to meet additional learning needs if required but not reduced.
